Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 August 2026. These terms govern your use of madeobvious.com, operated by Agile Tech UAB, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania.
1. The service
Made Obvious provides free diagnostic tools that analyse the answers you give and suggest likely causes and fixes for everyday problems. The diagnosis is informational guidance based on your answers — it is not a professional on-site survey, and results depend on the accuracy of what you tell us.
2. No guarantee of results
We work to make every diagnosis genuinely useful, but we cannot guarantee that a suggested fix resolves your specific situation.
3. Product recommendations
Where a fix involves a product, we may recommend third-party products and may earn a commission if you buy them. Purchases happen on the seller's own site under the seller's terms, prices, delivery and guarantee — we are not the seller unless expressly stated at checkout. Statutory consumer rights against the seller are unaffected.
4. Email communications
If you opt in, we send your diagnosis and follow-up recommendations by email. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, and not to submit another person's personal data without their permission.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its content and its software are owned by Agile Tech UAB and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on a free diagnostic result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Dispute resolution
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact address for it is support@madeobvious.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Questions: support@madeobvious.com.
